Municipal Court

Hightstown Borough is one of twelve municipal courts in Mercer County.  Each municipality appoints its own municipal court judge or judges.  Other court staff may include the court administrator, deputy court administrator and/or violations clerk.

Payments 8:30am – 4:00pm (cash, checks & money orders ONLY –  no cards)

Phone Inquiries 9:30am – 3:30pm

 Walk-in Inquiries 8:30am – 4:30pm  

Citizen complaints accepted for filing 9:00am – 3:00pm
