NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3)
Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Hightstown, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, intends to participate in the contract awarded to Labrie, Environmental Group, through Sanitation Equipment Corp, (Mobile Refuse Collection Vehicles) for Contract # 091219-LEG, maturity date is 11/15/2023, to purchase the following:
- Labrie Automizer RH 33YD mounted to Mack LR Cab Over Chassiss

It is the intent of the Borough of Hightstown to make a contract award to Labrie Environmental Group, 175-B Route Marie Victorin Levis, Quebec through Sanitation Equipment Corp, 80 Furler Street, Totowa, NJ pursuant to the proposal submitted by Labrie, Environmental Group. in response to the Sourcewell/National Co-op Request for Proposals.
Opportunity to comment on purchase shall begin upon publication of this notice and end February 6, 2023.
The contract period shall commence upon the issuance of a purchase order and shall terminate upon the delivery of the equipment listed above to the Borough of Hightstown.
